This week: Announcing Skills Search! and, ATS Search functions, what's your experience?

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a good weekend! In this week’s update we’re diving into something that is integral to every HR / recruiting system, and it’s search functions. Over the past few weeks of conversations, it seems a key thing in 2025 is how our search functions could be massively improved. We were inspired by these conversations and decided to work on these features ourselves.
Whilst you read, have a think about the following questions🤔:

Announcing Skills Search!
James got to work on pulling data from candidate scorecards and making it searchable within our results page. It’s a first version, and we’re after your thoughts!
For those of you with beta link access, you can check it out with your login links! (Request beta access to dummy environment here) In the meantime, you can take a look at this quick 2 minute demo video.
Skills search can be found by selecting the filter icon in the search bar.
Once here, you can see we now have some filters available, where you can filter by status, visa requirements, completion percentage and skills keywords.
It’s pretty simple to use right now, and looks for the keywords within the skills profiles of the candidate. We are already thinking of how we can deep dive into other data sets that we collect, and will obviously be looking at doing this for evidence items very soon.
